So i went to McD's last night for dinner, roll up to the drive through..go for a power window button. Oops, ranger doesnt have them, i had to remember how to turn my own headlights on and wipers and adjust the temp. i miss the ATC and rain sensing wipers
My Buddy that builds Transmissions brought me over two of these. It does not dry out anywhere but the tip. I just put a grabber screw in the dried stuff, and pull it out. She's mint after that.
He told me I wouldn't want to use anything else after. I still have both bottles, and I'm eyeing more! It's supposedly great for the China walls on a SBF too.
It was kind of in a container sort of like that, not pressurized tho. Here's the exact bottle I have, -
about another month I'm going to have work replace the plugs and wires in the Ranger and then i don't have to worry about doing it. 8 plugs and wires, 2 plugs per cylinder. not one of ford's better ideas
They use it for walls in China you say ? For what....like a painters caulk ?
Thanx for the tip !
LOL... a lot of SBF guys call these China walls. I didn't make the name, but I use it because they know what I mean. The kits come with rubber or cork pieces that eventually work their way out and you've got a leak.
Not my pic, BTW. The Google machine found it for me.
Speaking of caulk, is a caulk gun what you use to apply the stuff in your link?

Swell. I order a lot of parts from LMR, and they always send stuff FedEx. We used to do around 2 million per year with them at work, but we dropped them in August of 2020 because of the issues that plagued that company. Now we only use them if the customer requests FedEx specifically, which doesn't happen much.
I actually had this message in the tracking the other day. The package showed up 26 hours later, and looked fine. Not too sure what they needed to inspect.
