I took a pic of it. The left of the pic is the brake booster.... just for reference. I forgot that is actually attached to the inner fender... err clips in at least. You can see I've been in mine because the tape is torn off.

If you want it seriously enough it will work out, but if you have doubts so will she.

I made a comment today and I'm paying for it now. I was joking about the distance between her and I, when out of my mouth I popped off, "If your sorry *** was here right now you wouldn't be griping." I've heard the "sorry ***" line since noon in each conversation we've had. And believe me, it's been a couple. It's all in fun, but she can take me to that almost break point. She knows it and I think that is why we get along. I do that to her also. It seems to be working. Like I said, only time will tell. So far I haven't crashed and burned. lol
Well, watch out for the sink holes lol. The whole shopping until you drop thing isn't an exaggeration...it actually lives!

I have yet to cus in front of her or be condescending. Can't explain, guess it's a quality and respect directive built within that I wasn't aware of. Depending upon who your with ? Instead, the eyes get stuck to the bottom of the forehead. I wonder if that's noticeable at the time (?) Probably not..not yet anyway.

I'll take a look again tomorrow just to be sure I'm not missing something important. I can honestly say I don't think I saw that in there today though.

It is kind of hard to see, it sits under the fender lip IIRC.

Yea, my auto correct still has a quick reaction time. Since I have no choice other than to follow while in the store....she has a quick turn around time, specially when I run out of words during this joyous moment. I think she is checking for it, it can't be the first time someone has been paired with her to shop...she does it too often. But yea, my eyeballs are quick to center followed by a weak smile.

I swear I'm going to trip and flatten her at some point. Following her in the store is like being forced to ride with a bad driver. She just stops, backs up then changes direction unexpectedly...you have to be an acrobat to miss her. Telling yuh, I'm going to clip her at some point.

Well, it's something I'll keep in mind. So far, - I've totally rebuilt the engine harness, alt harness, IAT harness, knock sensor harness and upgraded all battery cabling. Also welded in solid silicon bronze C655 lugs, it's also called marine copper because of its self lubing properties (hence the use of the word "silicon" in the name). Self producing, self lubing is just a form of protection that seals the metal so that it won't oxidize over time. It's used by the military of course (they get the best we have always, as it should be) for conductors but mainly grounding lugs. I incorporated a large lug on the frame years ago and this thing just won't corrode, always shiny lol. I have one on the firewall as well. Wish I would installed more but didn't get to it. I had also worked in solid or zinc'ed cast copper battery components and fasteners. Planed on making up some distribution blocks since you can't buy them yet...not good ones, you have to make those yourself...raw to finish. If you have ever noticed that some guys with big stereo, amp set ups with 15 Kinitec battery's having issues with voltage drops that they can't figure out, it's usually because they are running a store bought distribution block (s).
Anyway, with 340,000 miles the harness insulation deteriorated to a state of porosity compromise years back and before I hit 300,000. The wires corrode and break down. Strands snap on at a time until your loosing too much current. This wouldn't happen if they use silicon wire and cable insulation. Like say Fluke and 3M. Auto manufacturers use copper in order to incorporate very light gauge wiring. That's fine, if the jackets wouldn't deteriorate lol. So when strange electrical problems occur with high mile vehicles it can be a PITA to hunt down even if you know this lol.

Good morning thinkers!- hey, Brew- thank you for your concern!- actually im back to work- and the knee is great!- but its been busy- first day back was 16 hr. day! My surgeon said the residual swelling will go away in about 6 mos.- and thats normal.- oh, when you go into a store, tell the g/f youre going to see if they have( fill in the blank)- then disappear! Make her come looking for you!- Me and my wife come to the conclusion that we are better off going in different directions in a store!!!
AK- you behave your self !- ( sorry butt, indeed)!!lol !
JP- glad you got her fixed!-
Fellers have a good day!

Hope y'all have a good day too.

Jbrew, you are just full of information and yes generally any degraded wire is a pia to find and fix. I'm actually considering pulling the harness and routing a new wire in its place for the full length but I'm in no rush. Lol

RC I'm glad too. My mileage is already creeping up on the 16 mpg mark.
