Rocket City Trash Pandas !!! Awesome name for the team..
LOL!!! We have yet to go to a game. Hoping to go this season. I am technically a Damn Yankee. I've been here for 20 years. From Maine originally but I have limited driving up there save from the occasional winter ski trip to Sunday River. From age six, I was in Va. Beach and Southern Maryland (Navy kid) until moving here in my early 20's.

Yulista Management. I'm very familiar. I work for the DoD on Redstone Arsenal. I've spent a good bit of time in AK too. Typically Fort Greely, up Delta Junction way but, I spent a few months on Kodiak in 2019 at the Pacific Spaceport Complex. I love it up there.

Just for the record, damn yankee is only for the ones who move here, complain that their Long Island or Jersey house cost too much, their taxes were too high, etc. then tell us we are doing everything wrong as we don't do things like the craphole they just left.
Ones who move here and don't constantly complain that we don't have clam chowder with tomato, understand that our pizza is acceptable, and learn that a BBQ isn't a grill but a delicious pig product, Those are decent yankees. I know the Maine clam chowder is tomato free and delicious.

If you have been able to stand the Alabama heat and humidity for 20 years you must be a good one.

If the roads remain relatively dry while you up here, it's not a big deal. PA and OH use the strong stuff as well. Worst case would be running into a storm coming or going. You'll get a 5 star salting then .

I spent 10th grade through my second year of college in Maryland. I didn't leave a damn thing there when I left. I love Alabama and it is home. I do enjoy our summahs on the lake in Maine though. We have a few acres on a lake with a tiny cottage halfway between Augusta and the coast. I was taught at a young age by a humble military man (my dad) to adapt to the new location, don't expect the new location to adapt to you, and no one gives a shi-t about what was "great" about where you came from.

We had one of those at Stepp's when I was there. It didn't last long on the showroom floor. Never figured out why Chevy's Blazer Trail Chalet and the Bronco's had those. There were a couple of the 80's that had similar stick and tin campers compared to the Blazer's fiberglass campers on them. They came thru Cal's from the California store. He had a lot of buying power back then and had many oddballs coming thru our shop. Go See Cal......lol

The nicest rig of that era was a new 78 Black Bronco Lariat. It was set up with aftermarket wheels and oversized tires, sunroof added, and Hella lights on the front and roof. All that added stuff was done by a local shop and put the price for that rig high as hell. It lasted 1 day on the showroom floor. Sold. That truck was as pretty as I've ever seen for that model. Three weeks later he ordered an identical rig and wanted it shipped out to him. Found out that his was swept away by the tide when he got stuck on the beach during fishing season. Yes he used it as a fish truck.

That really hurts deep in my soul.

This maybe a controversial opinion but if I could choose between the 1st gen and 2nd gen bronco to take home I would have to take the second gen.
