had my house for a year already, got the notification my mortgage is going up 18 dollars(escrow), not bad

Not too bad... I had mine go up about 105 last year. Houses are ridiculous right now here.

I could literally come out mortgage free with a really nice home if I wanted to relocate right now.

we could probably come out with about 20 grand right now if we sold, I paid 127,500 for our place and could sell for around $150-160K

Look how nuts this is. I paid 242K for it in July of 2017. This is pretty accurate... my neighbor is about to put theirs up for 440K, and my home is bigger (and nicer).
