It's cold here... temp says 41, but it feels like it's in the upper 20's. I can see my breath for **** sakes.

UPS just dropped off a bunch of parts. Ohio, did you see LMR just released an 8% off code? Yeah - right after my order. Lol.

Friggin' Amazon didn't send out the water pump I ordered on time. Guess I'll work on something else tonight. Going to turn on the furnace in the garage tonight!

Now I need to figure out how dirty I want to get.... transmission dirty... or interior stuff dirty.

Edit... I only spent an hour out there. Took the interior apart, pulled the H pipe, and the drive shaft. It comes apart really easy when your bolts are all new, lol.

The new T5 is in, and DAMN does it feel good. My Buddy came over tonight and we threw it in and I also put a Timken throw out bearing in it. Also fixed the exhaust leak I've been fighting on the passenger side header collector. I need to go put the interior back together.... but man does it feel good. The old trans is extremely hard to spin the input shaft. There is zero end play in it. Lots of metal flakes in the fluid too.... and my Buddy says it's probably aluminum because the T5 has a big magnet in the bottom of it.

Look how jacked up the Chinese t/o bearing got in under 500 miles. There was zero damage to the bearing retainer, and I did grease it too.

It was also nice to see that everything had stayed nice and clean back here, LOL.

At least the weather outside is frightful, cold for this time of year, so i get to stay in and do some projects. I guess it's time to do some wiring for my console so the power ports are usable as i go along. I'm sure there is more I can do................always there is. lol

I don't know how many Coloradans are in here, but it would seem Rock Auto has lifted their ban on shipping to CO. I successfully placed an order yesterday and my shocks are on their way.

I quit using RA for now...shipping prices too jacked up for me. There's still a lot of that going around tho. It's definitely not just RA.

Yeah, I've been going to Amazon lately and getting stuff cheaper due to the shipping costs.

That's what I ended up doing. That or E bay lately. Get your Christmas shopping done early this year...you'll be shopping shipping more than anything else lol.
