Today Red got the "F150" personalized plates in his name. I took them off of Blue when I sold him. This makes the 15th year that I've had these plates. I ordered new replacements as these are getting worn. I was really surprised by how easy it was to switch them (I was in and out in 3 minutes--ISYN) with an appointment.
Just to set record straight, CareBear was for titty pink.
I like the green as there isn't anything else green on the car and isn't your truck Pacific Green? or maybe it was blue?
I think ford called it "Teal Metallic"

Very cool. Sounds like the DMV here where I live. Nothing like the mess in SLC. Frankie expired at the end of July, and the 'Yota and the F150 expire at the end of August. So I'll be visiting soon.
AK, the lady that my Wife works for gave me 6 pounds of halibut and 6 pounds of lingcod that they caught last week in AK. Can't wait to get in on that.
Exactly right White. Teal Metallic, code RB. Used in 97 and 98 only.
The white stripe is the best of the colors you posted. LOL.
That halibut will be great. I like mine beer-battered and deep-fried. Yummy as can be. The lingcod is so so to me. The halibut though is my favorite. Even over silvers or red salmon. King salmon is great baked on a grill or even fried. My neighbor goes every year fishing and brings back their limits. I get what I want from them. I watch their house when they are gone on trips or fishing excursions. I stay a lot cleaner this way too. lol
GRF150 - I guess it depends on how much of a "purist" the SSP owner is,. I'm actually not sure what I'd do with one if I had it.
AK - I really like the "F150" plate, and am glad you were able to transfer it over easily.
Whitey - EDIT: Stupid stripe stuff deleted. I missed the intent, and the fact that you already did it.
And when's the fish fry? I'll bring the chips! (I like to have fish once in awhile, just for the Halibut!) - - - I'll see myself out, now.
P. S. - Posting this at 3 AM from a hotel room in Denver where I can't sleep because the @#&$ A/C is too noisy, it gets too warm without it, and my head's stuffed up *because* of the A/C, the smoke (better but still lingering), *and* I forgot to bring my allergy medicine. Grrrr!

Good morning thinkers!- its the weekend eve!!- hope you all have a great weekend!- stay cool, guys- its flippin’ hot in the valley!-
I think the flat grey ( hot rod, primer, rat rod, whatever its called)- would be a good color overall- just my 2 cents-
take care fellers!- ttyl!
Mornin', Bear. I've been meaning to mention: It's really nice to have you popping in again.
After tossing and turning most of the night, and moving out my first meeting so I could sleep in a bit, the hotel alarm clock went off at 0600 (no, I didn't set it), then at 0720, two guys started with a gasoline chainsaw right outside my window.
Green-Jacket Guy just started a backpack blower, and Hi-Vis Dude is on to tree #2 about 30' to the left.
Oh, and I woke up with a sore throat that I hope is just due to the A/C and snoring.
Happy Friday, everyone! Hope yours starts/started out better than mine.

My fav is also halibut. I've never had lingcod, but she raved about it, so we'll see. They had there salmon too, but it was their daughters, and she didn't want to give away her daughters fish. A guy from work is on his way up there pretty soon for a hunt. Can't remember where he said though, LOL.

I hate hotels, especially when they say Motel 6 outside.

Mornin' Bear!
So... it's done. It's nowhere near perfect, but neither is the car.
