I watched your fuel pressure video, White. I'll need to have my wife click the key a few times then start it, and watch what mine does. I have a gauge permanently installed on the rail.

Are you also able to purge your FP gauge? I think that's what really told the story on mine. Seeing how long it takes to build pressure.

Last night was kind of funny... my neighbors brought over their Suburban for me to do the end links (also doing brakes today). Pretty soon I had my whole front yard filled with neighbors coming over to say hello. My friend down the street is a cop in SLC, and he stopped with his patrol truck (F150), and it kind of looked like we had an incident with a cop there to break it up, LOL. He stopped because he wanted to look at the inside of The Eight Nine. Didn't even get back in the house until 12:30 am...

When I was doing the brakes on my neighbors Suburban, life flight took off and headed towards SLC. Found out about this accident right after. Not too sure if they sent him to SLC on life flight because this said he was pronounced dead at the scene. This is right by me... maybe 1/2 mile.

Keeping this build going! Just pulled it out the shop for the first time in a month or so. Man I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Had a couple short but wicked storms blow thru in the last few days, that time of year ehh.. First one snuck up on us during the first inning yesterday, blew everyone off the field with wall of wind. Had two, then three kids chasing my chair bag down, -5 bucks went to the winner..... that thing just took flight. The chair began to go as so as I stood up. I caught that. Then it just dumped on us, rain felt like bullets. It was a pretty walk good walk to the parking lot..that turned into a sprint for most lol. They called that game, - the rain went horizontal.

Another quick one today,- cooking up some salmon on the deck and heard a bit thunder. Not a cloud in the sky... yet. Then it got loud and non-stop, - a loud rolling thunder without pause, -remained that way for quite awhile, - about 20 minutes or so anyway. I guess I've never heard thunder go quite so long without some sort of a gap. Then it broke loose, -it was all over in about 5 after that. It was a fierce 5 minutes lol.

But yea, a couple interesting quickies here recently.

Later fellas!

Yea, but that light will probably never totally go away.....you'll think something to feed that coolness factor. That's a big part of the fun..

On the flip, you've gained quite a bit of knowledge, tools and know-how from this one. Since it's already a trophy, I'm thinking new project ...if you still got it in yuh. Anything in mind ?

YUP that was a 200 with reverse! I bet you havnt seen one of these radiator shrouds for our trucks in YEARS! As far as I'm aware this is the last remaining one............ at least a full radiator shroud replacement out of aluminum. There were some made that didn't quite cover the full radiator area. It's dull because I just acid washed it to polish it back up, it's my most prized possession lol.Thinking-photo571.jpg
