We have one of those (the older version) at work. I also have a DYMO Letratag which is a cheaper version.

You know how handy they are than. This was an impulse buy when I picked it up and I can see how a less expensive, fewer features machine could have been better for how I use mine. I didn't need and don't use the templates or the fancy\decorative fonts. One feature I do like is the thermal printing. No ink is used. No cartridges to run out or get.

I've had this one for at least 20 years, and I agree... handy little things.
And I just noticed: In all that time, I've never removed the protective plastic film from the upper display.

I've thought about one that connects to the PC like THIS ONE when it's been on sale, but I don't print enough labels to make it worth buying. Being able to print on tape up to 24mm wide might be nice, though.

On another subject:

"Expect one to two inches of snow overnight," said the forecast.

..

A tape that big would be nice. I use mine a lot but it's a feast or famine thing. It might sit for 3 months without getting used that I'll use it 100 times in a week. I'd been labeling baggies of different sizes for years and this is much more convenient and I never have to wonder what it was I printed\wrote. lol It's funny how I always know what my abbreviations mean when I write them.

We've got some of the white stuff showing up today also. I love snow until Christmas. Then it loses its appeal.

Ohio, that looks like the "2 inches" we got yesterday. Made a messy commute again in the morning! I-80 was white knuckles all the way.

EDIT: This is the DYMO that I use to mark things in the rack, etc. BTW, did I mention that VMWare completely crapped the bed on me on Tuesday? That was a fun night.

That's all we need. Magic snow that can be in two places at once. Spooky action at a distance? I don't think this is what Einstein had in mind.

Just realized this, without the backspace arrow on the key the BS takes on a whole new meaning. I feel cheated.

Ohio...It is now raining today, and in the low 38 degrees, melting all of the snow. Might give you a glimpse of tomorrow?

EDIT: BTW, Brewster, the vacuum line feller is also the transmission guy that didn't listen to anyone. And then magically, our ideas became his ideas.... he must work in upper management.

Dunno. Supposed to be 44° and sunny tomorrow.
Still need to plow this afternoon if/when the current round of snow stops.
