The 2 second links are to be used against flat surfaces (like against a frame rail) this one is free standing and just the bolt goes thru the brace. The brace is more of a guide for the two lines and keeps them from moving/getting bent.

I know a pic would be helpful but I didn't take one before and I'm not currently able to show how they are mocked up. Hoping to be back to normal soon tho.

Hmm they might work! I'll have to see what size hole the brace piece has. I assume they'll hold 3/16" line.

I was just watching his Youtube channel, watching the videos of him driving. He's the worst driver in the videos.

I hope UHP throws the book at him. He has some anger issues. In case you're interested:

Yay I accomplished something today. can at least take the EGR valve off but still can't get the studs to break free. Got a MAPP torch (and maybe a couple minutes isn't long enough,) tried a nut splitter and the splitter's edge wore off rather than doing any damage to the nut. Tried using the dremel cutoff wheel to break the nut from the stud and I still can't remove the stud or the nut.
ETA: I tried the 5 mm socket after heating it and no movement. I'm running out of ideas or maybe I'm doing something wrong but the nuts seem like they are a much harder metal than expected. Even the dremel is struggling cutting through them.
