Thinking
Ok I finally got to put in the Infinity speakers. Very nice sound. Definitely crisp, punchy, and louder. I wasnt able to use the foam buckets due to them being way too deep for my doors but I am happy. They have a switch on them to boost the tweeter output 3 db which I decided to turn off just so they wouldn't be too bright. Might turn it on after I get a subwoofer setup figured out.
Yes... In Vegas right now. Spent the night in Kingman last night and checked out some of Route 66. Today we hit the Carroll Shelby Museum, Counts Kustoms, then to the Hollywood cars museum. I bought some garage art (license plate) with him doing a burnout in the pic. I talked with one of the Counts guys...there, and he showed me the video of him doing the burnout.
Going to do some more tomorrow, then head back to Utah on Monday morning.

Yea the reviews say they are slow. A grand will do an Excursion (my portable office lol). That dark grey is a perfect color. Wouldn't look as good as the factory seats, but they would be protected.

Whitey, I'm jealous!
Hope you have a safe trip back.
Those Carhart-logo'd seat covers look like they'd be a good choice for someone who really *uses* their truck.
My Covercraft set is still in the boxes. I thought I really wanted them, but find myself waffling because I've found myself liking the factory upholstery more and more. I don't like the tear in the driver's seat that was repaired once and has ripped again, though.
Cover install will be in conjunction with the seat heater install (still on the box as well) which requires some new wiring that I wanted to do as part of my "permanent" radio installation. It's a snowball project that I *finally* started last night by drilling a hole in the roof for my NMO antenna mount. It's about time!
