Their tips are broken in with the parts they touch, best to go back in there. If any galling observed replace all galled parts that touch each other. If one is stuck it is galled inside an moving parts it touches may be flattened. The tiny-est spot must be replaced. All flat spots in the motor's cam an crankshaft areas round parts are junk. Reason to mic where there is wear to a crankshaft bearing. If you are convinced the cam parts are worn mic it/them. Mic gives u exact knowledge replacing guessing. There are tolerence lists for these areas. You can find a starret pre electronic (plenty of reliable measurements in them) reasonably priced on eBay usually. Get set with its tolerence guages with them. I have many electronic now. My need started early in tech school. Mine was industrial knowledge. Mechanical/machining/electrical/robotic/mobile computing/scanners. It got to be as much fun as work. I worked with a career company with much training programs constantly. Loved it !

See the attached. Maybe this will help. I note in my log file entries for yesterday and today, you must not have been able to download the file.

So question, on video it says to put everything together with out the roller followers and get the whole timing and front together and then install the rollers, so if I don't have tool to install how can I do it last or is there something else I should that will work. There are always little tricks you learn when you do it a few times, but this is my first, thx

Reused ones should go back same spot.

I replaced all my rollers & lash adjusters and when I went back together, I installed lash adjusters and was able to "CAREFULLY" set all rollers in place - then "VERY GENTLY" set cams on top of them (only knock a couple of rollers off once or twice on each side) and carefully put journals on - tightning them 1/4 turn or so till everything tightened up. [Redneck method, but it worked!!]
