If it sounds good warmed up after 50 miles or so, look for oil leaks - go.

Well guys truck all done and let it warm up to temp and went home and on the way home it sort of has a few studdering but no codes coming up, truck is parked for the night and let it get cool. Then will take it in am and see if it still does it, what should I look for that can make it studder , a bad coil pack, all plugs are good, new. Feels like fuel as when I hammer it it runs great or if I give it fuel slowly it goes away, hmmmmmm

I'm not a real advocate of replacing COP's as I find it hard to believe a couple of coils of wire around an iron core wears out very readily. However, new boots, springs, and making sure contacts are free of carbon deposits and plug ceramic is free of greasy finger prints is VERY important. A can of Techtron injector cleaner and new fuel filter might be in order. Otherwise - an ECM battery relearn, or drive it a few miles to let it work the soreness out after your major surgery.

Glad to hear she's back together and at least running.

You need a good hot drive with it to let the ecu/pcm do its tests and learn. Don't jump to conclusions until a cell /code happens.

This^^^when you replace boots and springs, use paper type finger-nail files cut in half length wise then width wise and sand down the copper contact in the COP nipple before putting on the new springs. Glad your are making progress!

Bad misfire , dumping unburnt gas into the converters and damaging them.
If the lights blinking there should be data to read.
