If lane change assist works, you have BC 1.4. If it does not, you may have the software for BC 1.4, but the features need to be enabled either by an OTA or with FORScan. Or you could have the IPMA software for BC 1.0 and you need all the updates for it .
What is lane change assist? On my 24 XLT, when I use the blinker, it will pause, then change lanes if safe to do so. Is that lane change assist, or is done automatically when overtaking a slower vehicle in my lane?

Lane change assist is what you have. Auto lane change is the one that would change lanes automatically. That is part of BC 1.5 which as of now is only on the 2025 Mach E. Whether it is coming to the 21-25 F150's in the future is unknown.
@rugedraw I see you're the resident expect on Sync issues so I thought I would you a try to get you but know you get a lot of request. Just recently purchased my first F150, 2021 Lariat 3.5. My APIM was bricked and I managed to get the dealer to replace it but going back and forth with them about updates. I'm currently at 22087_Product Rev 415 and of course it's "up to date".. I'm assuming there are other modules that will require updates (as I've seen you mention in threads) before I start getting OTA's to the APIM but need some info to approach the dealer as I'm getting a little bit of a runaround. VIN is listed below, I'm assuming at this point I might be too far behind for OTA's and will need to go the FDRS route but not sure and hoping the new APIM was configured right on install... Thanks!

My FDRS license expired and I chose not to renew it only because Ford seems to be purposely making it more and more difficult for me and people like me to help people with these types of issues. I can no longer check for pending updates, but I am going to ask someone else with FDRS to check a few things for me. It shows your Fordpass is working, but the truck has not reported itself to the cloud since August 26th, so something does not seem right.
In PTS, it shows the APIM was replaced on 9/17 and it shows your Sync version is 21233. Please take a pic of the entire "about sync" screen and post it so I can check to see if the data is matching up.
Do you have FORScan? If not, do you have a code reader to pull the codes the truck is reporting? If you have neither, I suggest you order one of these to be able to use FORScan:
If you are showing the correct pending updates and assuming everything is programmed correctly, I would for sure recommend the FDRS route. As far behind as you are, even if OTA's are working now, it will be years before you are caught up. I have 4 Mongooses I loan out for free and there is no wait to borrow one at this time. Details on my Mongoose loaner program are below:

Thank you for the response and information. I understand about the FDRS and the frustration. Here is a pic of my current about sync screen.
I do have FORscan and received the ODBLink EX today. I made a few of the common changes and there is no error codes that are being displayed in FORscan. Today was my first day to use it but everything seemed to be working as it should as far as module detection and no codes popped up. Appreciate your time and the offer on the Mongoose cable. I’m currently living in Canada (recent transplant from Texas). I saw on one of the threads it was a little bit of a hassle for you to ship back and forth to Canada so I can poke around and see if I can find someone local for a loaner or rental. Thanks again!

There's a few guys over on the other forum I know that are in Canada and do the same with their Mongoose. I'll get back to you tomorrow when I have more info on your situation.
@PDubs Good news......I cannot explain why the server shows a different APIM from your truck, but they did program the new APIM correctly and updated the GWM, TCU and APIM after they programmed it to get you a little further along the process. You are showing an APIM update pending (along with many many others), so you will be able to update further along the process. Notice the second screenshot circled in red where it says to update the APIM to release more updates for other modules. You will be able to update the APIM at least two more times that will get you full-screen phone capability. You may hit a wall once you get there, but you will be able to do most of the updates you are missing. Well worth going through the process, IMO.
@rugedraw this is good news! I was concerned reading through various threads that the APIM might not have been configured correctly when the new one was installed, so I appreciate you confirming that. If I can get to the full screen phone capabilities, I'll be content for a little while at least and hoping it will run it's course from there. I was looking over your thread on the mongoose cable instructions and saw that you list a few of the folks that are in Canada that do rentals or loans so I'll reach out to them about their process and get that going.
You're a good human my friend and I really appreciate people like yourself who share their knowledge and take the time help others when things seems to be at a dead end. Lastly, please pass along my thanks to your resource for the assist as well. Hope you have a great day. Till next time...
I have not seen an update in the past year until a couple of days ago. I just got SYNC-25.2.1.6.5 after a several hundred mile trip. I know I am very far behind again.
I still have the original battery in my '21, but I keep it on a trickle charger much of the time.
I received this update at the beginning of August sometime. Like you, I'm far behind too. I have a question, did this update remove the "check for updates" button? It did for me.
