Hey @rugedraw , I've got one for ya. I have a 2024 F-150 XL. Last update I got was Feb 15th, for a TCU update, TCU-24.2.5.9, which was supposed to be for enhanced connectivity and location services. Well, since I got that, I've never got another update. I looked and my "auto updates" in the fordpass app was set to off. Switching it on results in a spinning circle, and then it goes back to showing off. Done this a number of times and it still shows off. Tried in vehicle also, when I hit the software updates button, all I get is the spinning circle and "this will take a few minutes" but nothing ever happens.

Any ideas?
The GWM and/or TCU are hung up. You can fix this be disconnecting the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes.

Well heck, that was it. Did as you said, and voila' now software updates screen and automatic updates switch works again! Thanks man. I guess when all else fails, unplug it and plug it back in again lol.

Now check "Features" and "Settings" and be sure the choices are the ones you want. Sometimes the reset changes then to a default setting, which may not be what you had before.
So the last several months every time I get a notification on my screen about an update I press the update info button and it says update complete. Almost like it’s stuck. Here is screen shot of message.

We call those phantom updates. We don't know why it happens or how to make the notification stop from popping up. All you can do is ignore it.
So am I stuck at this forever? Will I not receive updates in the future?
Not stuck at all. Eventually you will be sent an actual update and when you do, you will be able to install it. This is not preventing you from getting actual updates sent.

@rugedraw that also seems to be my last update according to my '22 King Ranch PB, although I'm not receiving any phantom notifications. It seems I haven't rcvd any updates since this Comms one above. Can you check my module status if I PM my VIN?
With your help I was able to upgrade to BC 1.4 with ForScan. I was also wondering how we know if we have the latest BC Map Update? My version will show on the screenshot I'll PM with my VIN.
