Default "Update Rescheduled" for past few days.

Hey @rugedraw thanks in advance for your help.

My 2021 F150 seems to be stuck, installing 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM2. The update fails and I've been seeing the "Update Rescheduled" message for that past couple of days.

Could you check my Vin so I can figure out what to do next?

Thanks...

The update has failed to install several times due to poor battery stats. Battery capacity being reported to the cloud is 35 out of 80 and charge was at 42% last time it tried to install. I recommend fully charging your battery. You can also take the truck for 20-30 drive to charge up the battery and try to install the update manually as soon as you park when the battery has been charged up.

Your issue is different and not a good one. You are on Sync 20262 which is bad software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. Your dealer would need to manually update your APIM which will most likely not work. At that point, they would have to diagnose the APIM as faulty and replace it with a new one. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if this is not done, your truck will never get any updates.

Thank You !!!!

I'm surprised that the battery is reporting low, but I guess I probably shouldn't be.

Hi @rugedraw , is it possible to read that battery info from Forscan or any other method? My bluetooth battery voltmeter app shows SOC, but I do not trust it (always too low, even though it is set to AGM battery)

It may be able to be done using FORScan, but I'm sure. I've never tried looking for that function there.

Battery voltage is displayed in real time whenever you're connected via FORScan.

Yes, but unless I am misunderstanding, he wants to see SoC; not voltage.

I use a bluetooth OBDLink and their app to monitor PID “Vehicle Battery - State of Charge”
