No. There is nothing you can do to force an OTA be sent to you.

I think the eyelets need to be the larger M10 (3/8") size like on this one... https://no.co/gc008

The 007 I believe is an M8 (1/4") eyelet size and might not fit over the existing battery bolts. I would measure to be sure.

EDIT: Well, the 007 will work. I just received the M10 sized cable and it was PLENTY big. I think the M8 size would work and be a tighter fit around the attachment positions on the +battery & BCM studs. I had eyeballed them before and got the M10. They tightened down fine though.

I probably could use an updated battery charger anyway in consideration of newer battery technologies. My only charger is probably 30 years old. I like the deep cycle and the agm capabilities of the newer one.

Here's the post I did for my NOCO. In wiring it up, just make sure you wire it on the top of the BMS module otherwise you'll bypass it.

Good write up. I took mine out on the front of the battery wheel well, snaking it behind the well liner. Easy access for my wall plug and pretty much invisible without looking for it.

I’m confused. My Sync version says 22192 on the touch screen with no mention of Power Up. Under Software Updates the FordPass app says under recent changes that 2.8.2 Power Up was installed June 14th 2022. In my FordPass message center it says - you’re rolling with the latest 3.5.2 Power Up. This is from Sept 07 2022. What a friggin convoluted mess. What exactly do I have?

The only update in between 2.8.2 and 3.5.2 is 2.8.3.

3.5.2 is a GWM update, so that would not update your Sync version. You must have gotten 2.8.3 which is an APIM update at some point to be on Sync 22192.

I'm more confused on the 2.8.2 Power Up vs the 3.5.2 Power Up. The message says rolling with 3.5.2 but under updates I only see 2.8.2. How do I know which is the one I actually have?
