I just received my 1.7.1 update on Monday, I got a message today letting me know I have 2.1.0 installed, but there's no details on what's included/changed.

OK, I give up. I started this thread over a month ago and I still have never seen any evidence of receiving any updates on my February build F-150. Nothing has changed, it looks like I am still on 1.4.1. None of the promised features have appeared, and numerous nuisance bugs have not changed.
Vulnux, I will send a PM with my VIN #, if you could check it.

Mine tells me I got both OTA 1.7.1 and 2.1.0 the main thing I noticed is I lost my phone icon, and the nav menu stays out. Platinum 5.0 2021

Not that this helps, but I have a Feb built platinum and I am in the same boat as you. Nothing has changed and when queried it states I am up to date. At least you know that you're not alone.

I just got off the phone with Ford connected and technology services and after about 20 minutes they told me to schedule an appointment with my Ford dealer to have them resolve the issue. I will make an appointment and let you guys know how its goes. I would suggest that everyone call this number and report this issue as they told me this seems to be a new issue. Here is the number 833-926-3233. Good luck.

I will bet you like me, they will end up replacing your APIM. This 1.7.1 update is for the APIM only and my update failed at the dealer in the APIM. Getting replaced on Monday after Thanksgiving.
