Now do I have BC? Been waiting for that upgrade.

That said, since you're staying on electric longer too, maybe we do have some correlation. And I remember seeing something about a battery learning clear/reset in PTS when combing through all the updates they did at the dealer (likely not explicit, just one of the steps that happened).
So.. a definite maybe! :-)
My mileage has been great any way I slice it though. 22-24 MPG even with the usually terrible for mileage driving situations like when I get the kids from school where it's only a few miles, many traffic lights, and a lot of sitting idle. I would have come home averaging 16 MPG in my 2.7L on the same trip. Definitely not upset with the PB, and I am glad to hear others saying they noticed a difference after updates because I definitely think something changed on that front. I imagine there is a cutoff for PB owners where if they bought it maybe Job 2 2021 or Job 1 2022, it already has the improvement.
I noted this a few weeks ago on one of the threads, but yeah I notice it also. I have had my truck since May 2021, so I have driven it in warm weather and it definitely stays in electric mode longer in warm weather than cold, but after getting a bunch of module updates when they replaced my APIM in February the truck would go into electric only mode while driving at 50 MPH. Prior to the updates I hardly ever saw it do it above 45 MPH (not counting the usual methods of tricking it by tapping the brakes or whatever). It would now do it at 50 even if I was cruising at 50, no touching brakes or anything. So in my view it generally doesn't last longer since it's still bound by the same limitation of the battery size, it seems more willing to go to all electric mode in conditions I felt it didn't do before.

I also am seeing an improvement in MPG since I purchased in July 2021 after the updates. I understand the the battery won't hold more charge, but the parameters that are used in the computer to switch on and off electric mode may be more relaxed and utilizing stored power in the battery more than previous parameters. Of course Ford would never release notes on each update provided for a module, so we can only guess at this point.
There's no clear answer for that. It's actually the module-specific versions that matter here, which no one has been able to find a specific list/summary of which module software versions correlated to which PowerUp versions. And when you add the multitude of variants and even different physical modules, it's even more complex. What I can say is that for my PB, it does indeed appear to have increased the time spent in electric mode, fuel economy, and smoothness of the transition b/n electric and hybrid mode. I installed my updates within the last two weeks, but it's not clear when they were made available.
