Getting my VIN from you so that I could at least play with all of the tracking links posted here made the wait bearable. It got WAY out of hand, but your help was most certainly appreciated. Plus all of the critters you helped. You may have been punished, but a lot of good came out of it, so, Thank You.
Don't confuse Sync version with the Power Up versions (1.4, 1.6, etc). Sync and Power Up are entirely different because Power Up targets modules and Sync is your head unit/instrument cluster display, voice interactions, etc. AFAIK there haven't been any significant sync updates, although some newer build trucks seem to have slightly different build versions so I suspect one is coming.

Yours just adds to the mystery. Shows a campaign (so, update) was successful on 10/12, but when I look at your history, it only shows the 1.6 update on 7/29. Again, either Ford pulled an update, or the update is for whatever reason not showing in OTA history, maybe it is a Sync update or something instead of a Power Up and those don't appear the same. I suspect it will make more sense in time.
Here is mine. My dealer gave it to me when I was in for service. The last part if cut off. All I see if "OTA Re" I'm guessing it says "OTA Retry pending". I also don't know what "power up" I have since he just handed me the paper.

Been checking status every few days. Ordered truck in January. March build and delivery. So no Bluecruise SW. I am driving from Texas to Tennessee soon and was really hoping Bluecruise was inbound but nope!
Took my truck into Ford for an oil change this PM. Got home and looked at my status. Fordpass says I just got 1.7.1. Anyone think the dealer visit is connected?
My Vin is 1FTFW1ED5MFB13052. Maybe my status and VIN will supply another piece to the puzzle/mystery that are these updates.....
