Now I have to hope they fit or there’s a level kit in my future.

Those're good tires. Had Falken made these in a 10 - 10.5" wide 34... I'd have gotten them instead of the Toyos. But, they don't, so my truck wears the Toyos. They're a bit much for the pavement but will be just the ticket for my monthly forays off pavement.

I quoted you to say that even IF you don't do a "leveling kit" you SHOULD do better shocks (dampers). The Bilsteins (either the 5100 series or the 6112 front and 5160 rear) are BOTH. You can install them at your truck's stock ride height or you choose preset ride height increases roughly every .5" higher, to 2 inches total. Either way...

Let's see pics when you get the tires on!

I will definitely talk to my tire guy and see what to do about the shocks. 119,000 out of the stock shocks I dont believe they owe me anything. And it probably would look nicer with the front raised a little. I致e only got a 1-1/2 inch rake now.

I will post a before and after pic. Thanks

New shoes tomorrow. Hopefully I won稚 need a level. If I do I値l probably go with a puck. Cost being the only reason. 2015 SCrew 4x4 going from stock 275/65R18 to 275/70R18. Falken Wildpeak A/T3W replacing Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Can稚 say enough good about the Michelin, 64,000 and could probably get another summer if I pushed it. Wanted something with more teeth. Here痴 a before, I値l post an after tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Truth. I would like to raise it a little, but if I raise the front I知 going to have to raise the back. I tow a boat a lot and the truck sits perfectly level when hooked up to the trailer. I don稚 want it squatting in the rear while I知 towing. I知 just going to see how it goes.

shore, you need new shocks!

How many miles are on the ones on your truck?

Never! mention the word, "puck" when it comes to leveling an F150. Always do it w/ fresh dampers.

Bilstein 5100s are under $400 for all FOUR. Labor to install would be almost the same, save for the damper/spring/insulator/top hat R&R...

Come on, man!

I know. I知 concerned the Bilsteins are going to stiffen the ride too much. Am I mistaken? I知 going to have a harder ride as it is with the E load tires. I値l talk to the guy again before he mounts the tires. The tire guy was the one trying to steer me towards the spacer. I like the rake as is, about 1-1/2 inch. If I raise the front at all I値l probably need to add a block to the back.

I understand that sentiment. I only went 1.5 up front keep some rake. Airbags are always an option instead of lifting the rear. I think thatll be the direction i go.

You may install the Bilsteins to any ride height from stock, up to 2" in roughly .5" increments. The 5100s will create a more-controlled, better handling truck WITHOUT being at all "stiff".

The Bilstein 6112 (which is also ride-height adjustable before installation)/5160 will ride far more firmly, but they are never harsh.

I suggest the 5100s. I suggest any new shock if you are to protect the investment of new tires. Throwing new tires on a truck w/ worn-out dampers is throwing money down the terlet.

If you do any spacer, avoid using anything greater than 1/2".
