That's the right size, even though they measure 1.5". Due to the geometry of the front suspension, using a spacer, you'll get 2" out of it. No problem there.

just because sometimes you gotta hear it from more than 1 person - this is correct. a 2" level uses 1.5" spacers that sit on top of the coil-over assembly.

I got the rear 5100’s installed and the fronts will go on next week at the 1.25 setting. Right now I’m setting at 37.50” front and 40.25” rear with the RAS installed. I’m trying to set up for towing my 2800# camper so I want an inch (+) or thereabouts of rake to remain.
Is this sensible set up for the front Bilsteins?

Additionally I want to replace the stock tires (275/65 18) with a 265/70 18, they are a bit narrower and 1/2” taller https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc...5r18-265-70r18
https://tiresize.com/tires/Michelin/...-275-65R18.htm

I would like to put them on these 18” rims

https://www.methodracewheels.com/col...39783963885629

I know nothing about back-spacing or off-set so I have no idea if the 707 Methods will work, as they are a 9” wide rim
Are these the correct rim size?
Will they “poke” out beyond the wheel well?
Will they rub?

Thanks for any insight

@Motoboss Here’s a photo of my truck, 5100s set at 1.25”. Wheels are +18 offset, I don’t have a good picture but they’re maybe a little past “flush”. I’ve never been hooked to a trailer with this truck but I do wish I’d gone 1.75” or the full 2.1”. Tires are 275/70R18

Uphill driveway makes it look more level than it really is.

Looks good GreenMachine Thanks, that helps. Happen to have a front on view to see the actual amount of poke? I could stand 1/4 or 3/8 but not much more. Too much crappy weather here to fling stuff all over the truck.

What is your rim width? (7.5” - 8” or 9”)

My confusion is the 9” rim vs the stock 7.5”. Not knowing how far they will stick out or if the tire will rub.

Love the Vision wheels. Had a set on my ‘04.

Bad picture because of angle but I do have a substantial amount of rake

@Motoboss they are 18x9

I’ve had no problems with slinging stuff down the side of my truck.

I've got the 5100 all the way around, front set at 1.75. I'm front end high with most of my trailers; 17' aluminum boat, aluminum trailer with 700cc atv, and with a jayco camper.... I've got a wdh with the camper and its still a bit high up front. Been running like this for a few years now, but recently put a camper shell on and didnt help the issue. hindsight, id go with factory setting on front struts but .... at this point i'm considering making that adjustment to go back to factory setting up front. I do like the look when no trailer but id rather be level when pulling anything and dont want airbags or blocks.
