2" RC level lift. Vision Manx 2 18x9 wrapped in Nittos Terra Grapplers 305/65R18. No rubbing with no trimming.

exactly what I was looking for! Looks great. I have the same truck but in black and chrome wheels (non sport package)

What's the stock size on those wheels? Are they 20's? I really like those for factory wheels. A lot. Wish my STX had come with those, I'd have kept them. I also dig the white letters out, but hard to find 20" tires with them.

if you're talking about GatorBlue's truck- yes those are the stock 20's from the sport package. They are fantastic looking wheels. Much better than the 18s. I did like the 18s on the 15'-17' Model years though.

Any difference in handling (or alignment) on the 1.75" setting?

There will be differences in both camber and toe with the 1.75" increase in static ride height.

Caster more than likely is affected too. Best to have measurements taken. If they're within spec, then you're good to go.
