I'd send a PM to fvierra27 his setup sounds very similar to yours. I'd be curious if he had any words of wisdom

Yeah I saw that thread, I'm the last post about 2 weeks ago on it..
I have no idea how he's not rubbing at lock to lock when the suspension compresses..
I've spread the bars to there limit and they are only 1/2" away from the front bumper brackets..
I could see the front bumper flexing when I spread them too..
I have pics, but having issues uploading..

Here’s a few

1.25 spacer

A missed crash bar I saw on FB

Offset that appears to be “unflippable”

Very tight proximity to bumper bracket. Also appears the crash bar flip will not work.. Offset in crash bars appears to be for the bumper bracket and fog light bulb socket

If you do a search on "Tundra body mount chop plates" the Tundra guys have been doing something similar for years. The body mounts directly behind the tires get "chopped" and plated.
I'm sure there will be people questioning if it is as strong as factory after trimmed and plated, but if the welding is of decent quality, I can't see why it wouldn't be very similar to factory.

The factory only ever spec's along the guidelines of "as strong as necessary and as cheap as possible"..
I'm on the lookout for a set from eBay that I can cut and weld the offset into.. I even probably have a better solution with milled and stacked 3/4 plates, through bolted with carriage bolts..
I could probably slip them in 1 by 1 and not have to lift a cab or pull a bumper to install..
I've got to come up with something tho, I hate being held back lol!

Went to Camburg to get my truck dialed in. Leveled out with Bilstein 6112 Shock and Coil kit and Camburg uniball upper arms along with 33” General ATX mounted to Method 17" Wheels.

So I know that the size of the front spacer is not the size of the actual level. What would this be. Would this be a 1.5",2", or 2.5" level.

Maybe get in touch with Supreme? I do know that MotoFab spacers are undersized, about 1/8" per 1/2" in height.

i just put on a 2” spacer for mine as well. I wanted 35’s but I think I might go with som 295 70 r17. Looks great man as my truck is white also.
