Adding Front Camera to XLT
I agree they likely used the power button so it works across all models. Otherwise they would need two versions.

I am unsure how pressing the Volume button is more intuitive for camera operation than a camera button, but to each his own.
You press the camera button and one of the cameras is displayed. To me it would make sense for the default to be the front camera and then subsequent presses would rotate through the remaining cameras on the truck, if any.
I have no idea about the Start/Stop button ? I have several friends with F150s and theirs are like mine - a large emergency button only on the right, HDC / Traction Control on the left. I have not seen a Stop/Start button yet.
As far as parts delay, I guess it might make a difference to them if there was an issue. I bought one for myself when I bought the HDC / TC button for my buddy's Platinum and both were here in two days from Tasca Ford.
If it is just a programming option it doesn't seem like it would be that big of a deal to offer both ??
Not trying to be argumentative - I just like the idea of the camera button because it is so cheap, easy to install, is intuitive and uses factory hardware.
