Maybe it is just a question of time... Because it would add visibility for their product to be able to do a Google-Search on a "F150 2016 Sync3 front camera" and end up on their web site with a product that can be ordered directly...
Hey ajean,
That makes sense. I thought maybe you weren't able to see all of the posts. That happens when I use the Iphone app.

I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the front/side camera setup today if they have a black friday deal.

The sync3 kit?

I was looking on website I saw one for $200ish another for $550ish; I wasn't sure which was right kit.

Also did I read right in order to see front camera, we have to push power off on stereo?

Really curious to see what you will see! Since the module is suppose to be plug and play (or almost) just unconnecting the APIM and connecting the passthru cable to the new module, hooking up the camera and you should be good to see "something"...

Can't wait!

(Kidding aside, I'm sure you'll do a great job of reviewing the system when you have time to do so... I'm just waiting to see somebody do the same thing as you but on a 2016 with Sync3...)

I have tow mirrors which have power adjust, defrost, signal, puddle, and spot lights, but manual fold/tele. I have wanted to do the power mirror upgrade, so I am debating if I want to spend the extra money on those mirrors/door modules before I put a hole in these. I have the 22 pin connector already.

I got a notification that my order has shipped. When I receive it, I am going to install the front camera setup, then follow-up with the side cameras later when I decide which route to take.

Looking forward to your install review.

I'll be installing the side cameras in the OE location. Since I have the cheap mirrors, there is a cover where the OE cameras go and there is plenty of room in there for them. Also, a panel covers the cavity and that can be easily replaced (cheap) and can be removed for drilling making install easier.

To the poster above you, this is for Sync 2.

Picked it up today. It was on hold at USPS since I was out whole last week for turkey day.

The module is small and it is plug and play with the jumpers readily accessible. The kit is very well built and put together.

I'll stop there as to not spoil the surprise.

Looking forward to everyone's reviews! I'll probably purchase the front camera kit, but first I want to make sure that the installation is within my skillset :-)
