Sadly I believe you are correct. Unless forced they are simply not going to disclose anything. It's either planned that way or simple apathy toward the consumer. Perhaps they are so focused on the UAW lack of contract approval they can't get anything else done.

The UAW contract was approved a couple of days ago.

So than its either a fairly major issue (or minor one involving a whole lot of trucks) that they don't want to disclose or they really don't give a s**t about the customer. Therefore, leaving them in the dark or having their dealer network lie to them about their $60k+ ordered truck is just fine. Whatever it is it certainly sends the wrong message to the customer.

Yes it sucks for the customers.....it involves a whole lot of trucks obviously. A lot of times in the beginning of a new year build there are quality holds put in place for one reason or another. Hopefully you all get your trucks soon.

This is one of the many reasons I waited until the K.C. plant was in production before I placed my order.
