GOOD NEWS! My truck is on a CN train and on the move! Although COTUS has not updated and is still showing Awaiting Shipment, I tried tracking my VIN on the CN website and it showed up. (I am lucky to have access to the CN site from my work). I searched transit time from Dearborn to Edmonton and it shows 7 days, so hopefully within 2 weeks I'll have my truck.

Anyone with a truck shipping out of Dearborn, just send me a PM with your VIN and can provide a rail car number and/or tracking updates for vehicles loaded on CN Trains. Unfortunately I don't have tracking access to other carriers tracking sites so if it is not on a CN train I can't do anything for you.

Hi There, I would like to track the production of my new truck (2016 F150 Crew Cab, 5.5 box, XLT Sport, FX4, 5.0L, Shadow Black!!!!) and I can't even get the Cotus website. I got the error when I try to open Cotus on my laptop or even my cell phone. What to do? Thank for you help, it's so long to wait for a new truck!

Use another Browser like Google Chrome.
Also try Ford ETIS URL: https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

Seems like the wwwqa site was taken down. It brings me to a log in screen now. Would be nice if Ford would just make this a permanent feature on their site. Seems like a lot of people enjoy using it.

I had the same issue this morning.
Using Chrome on my PC, it also brings me to a login screen.
Using Chrome on my iPhone works properly.
Using IE on my PC works properly.

Site has been up and down. Keep in mind it is beta, very flakey and the information is horrible.

Finally COTUS updated and is saying in-transit although it took 3 days after it was loaded on the rail car. I've been tracking the train through it's voyage for 48HRS now

Placed an order at a high volume dealer in southern Ontario.

Order placed on 04/17/2016
XLT 4x4 Supercrew, 301a, 2.7, payload package, 3.73 elock, navigation, centre console, drop in bed liner, led box lights.

Haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping to hear something soon.
