If you're impatient after 2 weeks imagine how you'll feel after 8 weeks. Especially when you have no clue when your truck is going to be delivered.
Yeah, I'd be going nuts if I were in your shoes!.....Seems you folks on Canada have to wait longer and the tracking system doesn't appear to work correctly.

Just got word from the salesman that my truck is here. He told me he had his GM call the tow company and tell them it better be here today. Who knows if it's true, just glad to pick it up this afternoon.

I think that's fairly common from what I've read here. Seems like it may be a point where the truck is getting moved from one format of transportation to another but close to your dealer. In other words if your truck us being delivered by rail it was probably off loaded from the rail car when the estimated delivery went away and is now on a truck to be delivered to your dealership in the next day or two.....
Don't take that as gospel though. Just an observation I've made reading through several (hundred) pages of this thread....

I bet it's available tomorrow. But you'll never get it on the COTUS site...

Is it true that the Dearborn plant is closing down next week? If so I guess my truck will sit for a week before it's shipped. It's Awaiting Shipment now so I'm thinking it's gonna sit until next week anyway. But if the plant is closed it'll sit until the next week too..

Mine Rolled over to Awaiting Shipment last night.

When I toured the Ford AAI plant back in 2005 they explained shipping as follows....

The vehicle is driven out of the assembly building and out to the shipping yard. When the vehicle passes through the gate into the shipping yard, the vehicle is officially handed over to the transportation company. It is no longer under FMC control.

The vehicles are placed in rows according to their final DSO destination, some via rail and other by direct transport. The shipping company gets the vehicles loaded and sends them on their way.

Since mine is still showing a delivery date of July 11, I am guessing my is sitting in the marshaling yard and will be loaded on a transport sometime next week. My dealer is about 200 miles from the Claycomo plant so no rail shipment involved.

For me, Wednesday will be the big day to see if rebates went up or down.

Hoping the guys in Dearborn Truck shipping are working over the shutdown ( if they are on shutdown) and clearing the yard. That way yours will ship out next week as well.

Ten days and counting......

Thanks! Mine actually has a 20 July estimated delivery but I was hoping for earlier.

Hoping the rebates get better on the 5th as well!

COTUS just updated for me. Looks like my truck was shipped on 30 June. New estimated delivery of 15 July now! I actually need it to come on a day or two early...
