Three hours later, roof is all done and it's still 48 degrees. Had to rip a bunch off to get down to the hole. I quick roof'd it from the bottom, filled in the hole with tar, then put some sheeted galvanized on top of it, which we also stuck down with tar. Wound up replacing the entire ridge cap and 7 sheets to get to it properly and do it right. Also found some exposed nails that the jackass didn't cover, so I covered the heads with tar. It looks good now..... this was said hole. 200 bucks to repair this damn thing. As you can see, the hole came from the inside to the out.

LOL.... are we going to cut it in half, or put a line down the middle? I want the side with the shidder.

Got the motor on a stand today, then dug a little deeper into it. Only took two trips to True Value to get the right bolts. I had some 7/16" from that 360 I got with the stand, and they thresded in fine by hand. But it turns out, Ford manned up and used 1/2" bolts. Anyway... got as far as I wanted to for now. It looks pretty dang good inside.
