No,im sorry if i gave that impression,- this was just totally a visual look over and it caught my eye, so i thought i would ask- i dont know who owned the old girl before dad- and dad just drove it (10,000 in 3 years lol!) so anything could be possible. Thanks for the answers man, i will be checking a bit closer when i get a chance.

This is what the dash looks like as of this afternoon. I still have the steering wheel to change out, but that won't take a lot of time. I had to redo the upper cover, because the two colors clashed. I bought a matching color to the old panel from NAPA, and did it today with all the great sunshine we had. Not real warm, 50's but still nice for October in Alaska. LOL.

That's going to be really finished once the new Android head unit is put in.

I wish it was sunny and 50 here in SC. This hurricane business is making me worry.

Not that far actually, I'm in Howell MI, about 263 miles from yuh. 4 hours 36 minutes if I set cruise at 65 lol.

I got my door scuff plates today in the mail and installed them. I thought I needed two, one for each side, but ended up receiving 2 sets of plates. I have a spare set of 3 door plates now. Oh well, more spare parts for the shelf. lol

The new ones are total paste and stick. Two strips of tape and you are done. They are side specific, but you wouldn't know that until you try and install them. You find out quickly that they go on only one way. Lol

I also replaced the steering wheel today, but in my rush to get done and go to an appointment, I forgot to take a picture to post. I'll post up the Lincoln wheel in tomorrow's post.

How close to the ocean do you live? Are you in a safe area or do you have to pack up and GTFO of there?

Hoping you and yours have no fall out from this storm.

That goes for anyone who lives in the area of the storm also. Everyone, be safe.

I'm safe enough. We won't see anything over 55 mph at the tops end. I just know we will be seeing a lot of rain so hopefully it blows over quick.
