Ford doesn't change the part number unless they make a modification or change the item. I'd say they probably changed the unit internally or changed materials or supplier. I see a metal blend door, so that would be my first choice for replacement.
The worse part is that he is on several facebook GEN 10 sites, and I see him with the same questions there, and those guys throw crap out like it's gospel, only to be wrong 99% of the time, but he eats that up. It plays to his ego or something. Reminds me of someone else, a lot higher up the food chain, lol.

Umm Wow so i pulled in the driveway and truck was smoming, one of the valve cover bolts was loose and it was leaking oil, screwed it back in and cchecked the oil and DIPSTICK IS BONE DRY im confused of how it didnt blow up on me, or is the dipstick going in the crank case, idk any ideas...
