Came across this today while looking for some info and thought some may enjoy it. It's about what the guy spent on putting a Coyote in to a 2002, New Edge Mustang, broken down by the part including the car. Thank God I'm at about half of what this guy spent.

New fuel pump and she starts right up. Wouldve been happier had a not made a $60 mistake (see picture). My truck also starts better so my delayed start ive had for 3ish years mustve been tied to the fuel pump assembly. I didnt see anything obviously broken when I pulled out the old one so Im not exactly sure what died but i guess it mustve been the pump itself. Anyway the truck lives to drive thru another midwest winter (which the winters will kill it faster than anything at lol) Also I did not enjoy replacing the fuel pump by myself after roofing a garage the two days prior.... imma sleep well tonight.
Glad you got it fixed!
Yea those things aren't cheap. I got lucky swapping the 98's out. Having a 5 way in the arsenal helped with that success, -
EDIT: Pics aren't working currently. So, posted a pic of the 5 way in this sites gallery. Fuel tank install pics as well.
Yea that 5 way fits around the vents perfectly, like it was made for it.
Damn... it redirects to the main forum page, Brew. I'm curious about this 5 way you've got.
EDIT: When you say 5 way, are you talking about the painters tool?
Wow really ? The gallery link works for me, - but yea, something is going on with site. I don't think anyone can post pics from another host or this site. You can upload to gallery, but you can't attach to thread posts.
