I think white is getting frustrated. Can't say I blame him, it's been a little unnerving around these parts lately. Personally, I let a few users get to me, but that's my devil....at least that's what I call it. Anyway, it'll turn around, hope it does so quickly... I'm stuck on the computer until Thursday. At the latest.
Yea, I couldn't load these yesterday, still can't in that other thread. This was the rear bed panel weld in with the HF welder, - I used the Hobart after that experience -
This was the spot weld cuts , 50 or so both sides, rockers tho -
I'll let you know which/who's cutters I used when I get back out there, but they're good ones. You really don't need nothing special, your just cutting through 18 gauge, -it goes quick. But yea, they came in a case and my drill cabinet is at the kids house.
Nice, thank a lot Brew. Your insight and knowledge you share is much appreciated!
You really had that thing down to the core! I need to repair my bed in the same spot... SOON! I was looking at it yesterday, and it's getting flaky rust.

Yea , I know, then I sold that house for another, planned to finish it there, -nope, sold that house too. Now we are looking at small horse farms. Things keep changing too quickly, can't keep up.

Thanks! You really have to go through the entire process once. The key to a nice finish is prep, but we all know that. The key to the finish is a mediocre spray gun
using quality primer, base and clear. Most get as far as rattle can primer and stop. If your welding, you need to at least have a spot blaster on hand. You MUST blast the welds...just a quick blast otherwise it will rust again. Beginning at the welds.
Good morning thinkers!- day 7 of the mills annual outage- bleh!- hope y’all have a great weekend-
Brew- the weather is getting nice, almost camping time!- time to get the camper ready!.... ... ( as if you havent spent enough time on it this winter)
fellers have a great day!
Well, I hope it's up and running again.
Thanks, not sure if it will ever be used for camping. Camping to me is with a tent, good pole, warm fire and in woods away from it all. Yea, it was purchased for a construction project, -on site living quarters and security. I'll finish getting her ready this summer unless we opt to purchase a home/farm already established. Here's a shot of her though, -
