I'm wondering how long mine will go. They don't make noise, and I change the oil every 5000... I think Brew said mine got upgraded stuff, as it is a reman.

Got the 5 lug axles for the Stang. Last parts I need now are drums. Then it's 5 lug time! (After this post, I forgot I needed caster/camber plates - so those are on the way).

I have all my parts with exception of the dual booster sitting in a pile ready to go on lil Red and Sonya. Sonya get new striping this year, the 373 rear axle, and a full detail. Red get the new booster and brake hoses, timing components, oil pump, front shock (using Monroe to match the rears), and new e/brake shoes and hardware. I have the Expy 5.4 ready to go in, but have decided to pull the front cover before I pull the engine to see if the noise is the guides/tensioner problems we all hear about. I'm pretty sure that is where the noise is coming from, when I used my stethoscope this last fall. After about 3 Y/T videos, i figured I had better check that first. If it has to come out, then nothing in the front will hold it in, lol.

I just bought a set of 8 DG508's from a guy on the East coast, so I will have to add the new coils when I have the valve covers off.

Ive got a small garage, with a salamander heater- ill take snow over rain at this point!- i had to rearrange the limestone to form a dam to slow the water from running in under the door!- ive been brooming out water every day for the last week- the bench drawers dont even want to slide easy!
The Ohio river is flooding some of the low lying areas already and Cincinnati and Portsmouth are close to cresting. And we havent even seen the spring rains yet!
You thinkers keep your whistle wet and your powder dry, be safe at your salt mine!

I've got a Cayenne heater in my garage. It does very very well.... but, it's not really a tear down garage. Gotta keep the Wife's Escape free of snow..... so the Mustang will have to sweat it out, LOL.

This is mine..... https://www.appliancedepot.com/cayen...heater-fsan-75

It is a VERY efficient heater. A couple friends have come over to use the garage and are flabbergasted at how well it works. It was one of the main purchasing points for me of our home, LOL.

Whitey.....I do not have an IDS coder/reader I use a buddy's from Ford and his account when I went in to change the information on my Navigation Ford radio, to go from Mercury to Ford logo. You can get codes online for changing things, by serial number. With my Mustang, I had to go find a serial with navi radio, from an 08 or newer to make my 07 work. It did. Simple changes with IDS reader/coder.

One guy on the Mustang Source forum, has an IDS unit that got me started on the radios and what I could do with them with it. I almost bought one, but then decided that I could use the money better down the road.
