Damn, with all that ice, snow and cold weather that you guys are getting right now, I'm glad I'm in Alaska. LOL It's only 14 but have very little snow, and 14 isn't cold compared to say Chicago at 14. It's cold in the interior of the state. Fairbanks is -10 and North Pole is -16. Honestly, that really doesn't feel that cold when I was up there. When it hits -20's then I'm officially COLD. It can be cold in Anchorage when we have a northern wind. Then IT"S COLD. lol

Brew....could you put a house type heat tape around your plumbing? Someone used to make a tape just for motorhomes and pull behinds. I'll see if I can find that info. It's in my RV books, but they are in the shed. I need to pull a couple things for Whitey also. Maybe this weekend. Supposed to be above freezing Sat or Sun. How about the foam pipe insulation? It would work on the propane lines also. You could use a styrofoam cooler to protect the propane valve in the winter. Put a hole on each side to vent, and surround it for fiberglass insulation. I've done a couple that way for the Arctic Man ski party. They turned into the party rigs. LOL

Trying to take my mind off it. So I just ordered Chinese, that sweet and sour chicken is something else. I also submitted a request for a message, I gotta we'll see.

 

It's 9 here right now, but AK's right about it feeling colder. They have a feels like temp right next to the 9 and that's at -1.

26, that is a heat wave. This weather is going to break but until the 6th..so 8 more days of this stuff. Yea it's suppose to get to 26* in a little more than a week. Seems like a long ways away.

 

I'm in KC and this is the coldest I think we've gotten in a couple years. We did at least have a little snow for Christmas. First time in over a decade that I can remember.

 

It is 25 degrees here right now. I guess I better not complain because compared to you, we are having a heat wave!
