No, Taller would make it easier for you to change. Thought that's what you were getting at and looking for yesterday or the day before...that's all. Everything is going to be okay..carry on.

Not my intent. Diameter is limited on my '01 5.4. I can just get my hand in there. I rarely use filter wrenches. My wrists work well. Taller could offer more media. That can extend flow 10-30% before the danged bypass opens to potentially let junk through when one "needs to stir it up."
