NEVER had a plugging filter. One failure on an Aerostar 4.0.
Plugging involves a LOT of detritus. I'm looking to "always" filter, and not just half-filter over 3000 rpm, or wherever 20 psi falls when the bypass opens. That's when any particulate that had settled out will be on the move again.
