Just realized you asked about the kiastang LOL! That little car is great with all the new parts, I also put some ultra high performance general all seasons on it rated to 173 mph haha. Car runs and drives excellent. I can set the cruise at 85 and climb a 7% grade without losing speed and still averaging 27 mpg. I love that little POS.
Hahaha that last line caught me off guard And I couldn't help but laugh a little to hard.

My truck (97) takes the green stuff, and my Expy (98) has the Gold. On both of them, I just used what was already in it when I got them.

Ya, I haven't had an issue with green in 5 years. I'll probably stick with that, plus it's cheaper.

Make sure you flush the old stuff out really well. I thought mine was flushed good enough after a couple times of running water through it but it wasn't enough

It's been flushed pretty good over the last year, my intake mani went bad and thought it was water pump, changed the fluid then, then again when I realized the manifold was bad, and since it spewed everything out when going up that hill, it's been refilled with water till I get a new radiator and hoses, where it will be drained and refilled again lol.
