Park it where a wrecker can get it.
Call my insurance company, file a claim.
As they are in a campground, Call enterprise to get a truck that can tow the camper.

Not that I'm aware of, Brew. This happens every once in awhile. It seems to be most prevalent when somebody copies and pastes text. Maybe it's coded to be black text, it just stays that way. I can highlight it to read it. Not a big deal, more curious than anything.

> QUOTE=white89gt;7558038]I must ask...what exactly is an "Apple Globetrotting son"?

Son works at Apple in Cupertino. Before covid, he'd be in China and 2-3 other countries ea month. That's returning, but he telecommutes a LOT. Love his 3 sided, simple rack-mount work station he set up in his living room. He gets a stipend for food, versus free eats, cuz he's away so much. His six figure income starts w a 2. Not bad for, didn't finish high school.

> Brew, I would love a graphing meter!! I've been looking at o-scopes on FBMP.

Have considered one. As my 200 MHz dual trace Techtronix Scope was stolen, a scope would be more personally useful. Not sure I want a new digital.

Congrats on the 2000. I think you were my 1st utoob subscription.

I have not seen a Hilton for decades. "Express Hilton?"
No idea, but they must serve Expresso or keep you awake.
I wake up in the night a few times to pee and my mind is busy so recovering sleep-mode can be difficult. Half the time I turn to design-engineering in my head. My pH calculator gets a workout... Otherwise I like HP calculators. But I do have a TI-57, the first programmable? Took a simple HP to a test once where programmable were verboten, bit at the time, all HP's were programmable. I showed them I cleared it, but offered to use my kid's Ninja Turtle in lieu.

My big boy. Case, thermocouple. 6'6" drops, rain, high-V, & 10A for some of my absent minded professor circuit design.

Ohio... just curious if it's any better if you take it out of "dark mode"?

On the truck... I'd take it to Dave, honestly. The Maverik that I frequent in Stansbury has been guilty not once, but twice for putting gasoline in their diesel tanks. There were a few trucks that they had to cover on each occasion.

I came home from work and started in on the garage.... I worked on it for a solid 5 hours, and decided to come in for a while.

I really needed a "charging station", so I made one. I left some room for a couple more when the time comes.

Except to cover for a pal for a week, my dad wouldn't let me have a newspaper route... unless I didn't use my bicycle. But at 14 he got me a job at a Winnemucca NV truck stop. I changed semi tires, by hand if the impact wrench gave out, and broke down tires w no safety cage. We had 6 gas pumps up front, big tourist town, 167.5 mi from Reno, 120 from Elko and 90 from Denio on the NV/Ore border.

18 truck pumps out back. oNEnwas gas, which FEW Mayflowers.took. One stopped there, 1 gas, 2 diesel island - but I asked - Regular? He nodded. I was off shift when he got 50 miles outta town. Towed back, they had a diesel wrench burp it. I was told, in the future, sniff the tank to be sure.

But I never had to look for work after that summer. They or another always came asking. $1.00/hr back then. Loaded spent tires I overhead into a dump truck. They had a kid who couldn't drive a car legally, drive the 5 ton to the city dump and dump it. Good times. 55cc Honda Trail bike, limited small-bike license.

Nice, I need to clean my garage.
I got sidetracked while cutting wires out of the engine compartment and started scraping paint.
Someone painted it black with zero prep, where it's not peeling you can just scrape it off.

↑ Fuel injectors, A/C, Evap. wires.

↑ All the emission and fuel sensor wiring.

Car was red with silver ground effects from the factory.
I am going to pull the engine/ trans and probably the front clip this summer.
I need to decide on a color so I can paint it while its apart.

I was thinking matte black fir.my 2001 Space Odyssey.
I'm in a cool.climate though. Go to any car dealership and feel the white, then light colors, medium and then dark.
Light colors do not come close to white in resistance.to absorbing IR. Hmmm, pearlescent white? Even w a v v light touch of green or blue, etc. My pal did such on a small pickup. Beautiful. Light colors still are not bad, but medium is almost as hot as black. All said, ideally, I'd want a white engine compartment. And almost anything can be laid atop a white base, including a dark precoat to any dark color.
