What's the difference between blue and yellow MAPP gas?
The difference is that propylene in the yellow cylinder burns hotter. It has a flame temperature of 3,600 degrees F opposed to 3,450 degrees F for propane. A hotter flame means it can heat the pipe faster so it is ready to solder sooner. [3.6%? Seemed LOTS more.]

When sweating copper, should I

MY.BIG TAKEAWAY... Butane is useless at and below 32°F. This impacts lil emergency gas stove fuel. I need propane-able versions. I cannot plan to always have it in a warmer place.

Clicked on your sweating copper link. Bit Defender wasn't happy with it.

It's fixable, lol.

EDIT: Just spent an hour talking to mf'n Xfinity. Those bastards messed with the wrong guy. The guy told me (copying and pasting his words from the chat transcript):

So, I get the phone today and I went to activate it. And I see this:

The guy I talked to today tells me that the deal is "Device Payment of $18.74/mo for 24 months".

I told the dude "Yeah, I was deceived. I don't want it. I wouldn't have agreed to it if the phone wasn't free. I don't need it."

Sum8itc4 tells me I can return it for a 35 dollar restocking fee. LOL... THE BEAST AWAKENS.

I told him "No, I'm not paying a restocking fee. You're taking it back for free, or giving it to me for free. I'll straight up get a lawyer."

And.... they're taking it back for free, and refunding me the amount I already paid. Oh, and crediting my first month.

The lawyer thing was probably a little extreme. But, sometimes I say s4!t in the heat of battle.
I was thinkin maybe you used a small butane torch at first...

It's a matter of luck if you get some buddy that's straight up with you. You'll have to represent yourself if you want to put in the time...and that's when you eventually win, but it doesn't matter to them since the majority won't pursue. Good luck white!

Gotcha covered.

White, PM me if you want me to send a dozen or so. It's 1.5 oz. Perfect for the glove box. (Other flavors available.) Let me know soonish. Grocery Outlet is like Costco. Buy 'em when you see 'em.

Can't really say, I got him for free in Jan. 2017 with a used 90 gallon set up I bought.
Pic of him when I got him, coffee cup for reference.

The little one is an Andonis Plecostomus.

The Adonisis a very large and impressive plecostomus that can be quite aggressive when need be. The coloration of a juvenile is much different than a full grown adult. The beautiful spots fade as this fish grows and are fewer in number when full grown.

The big one is a common Plecostomus, I got him as a baby 02/ 2016.

I'll be talking to a someone in person today when I return the phone to the Xfinity store. I probably ought to have the chat transcripts printed out when I go in there.

Yes it was, JP. All three got affected by it. Uncle Ben was mowing another guy's lawn.

Jill Biden is speaking at my alma mater high school today. Hope it doesn't eff up traffic on the way home again.

Right , think there's more to it than just cost.....that stuff is not documented on the net lol. Before 08 Mapp was stabilized methyl acetylene...it was fast / burned @ 5300*F vs Map-Pro @ 3730*F Propane @3600*F.
