I started back on Keto at the first of the year. Frickin' love eating like this. That video is going to be helpful, Ohio. Watching now.

EDIT: Interesting take on the chicken. I like chicken.... but beef is my favorite meat by a large margin. Pork being second. Wait.... bacon is pork. Maybe pork is first....

When dad was head cook at his base in Alaska, he said beef was impossible to get. Everything g was pork this or that. Later read, scientists at remote outposts there may eat 10,000 cal, 8 for a gal, due to cold. Pork... I seem to recall a chubby fella by that name. Porky... Uh...

Now - you can make with the 🤔 face... You gonna use HIS Diet?!? Love beef. Chicken soaked in green sauce makes for a great burrito, and here burritos reign. But ham 'n beans over my cornbread? Maybe a winner.

Hey white? I know turdukin is 3 birds, but maybe you can grind a mix of your beef-chicken-bacon for your menage'a toit burger. 🤭 Wife loves carnitas and puts bacon on everything, (and you can tell.)

A Sgt who respected me had me to Christmas dinner once and served duck in my honor. Store duck. Yellow sickly greasy meat. Hard to smile and choke down. Terrible as ever a food I've had. It sounds like you are describing a fish-duck. Yup. Don't shoot those, lol ! Good wild duck is great. Better than crow and crow is fine. Dark, lean as heck. I prefer stuffing but many wrap in bacon. If you are what you eat, so are other animals. Certain famously great tomatoes, grown in other areas, almost suck.

Edit: Never tried turduckin & doubt I ever will. LOVE Turkey, with all my fixin's. Thx for the BBQ info, etc, guys!

I fixed the damn Maytag. The Wife was threatening to take everything to the laundromat. The element was shorted out... I just might turn the old Maytag into F150 body panels, and possibly build this same setup that Sixty Five Ford did.

I sometime nuke my [plastic] steel toed work shoes,~15 seconds. (Wet leather, NOT ad used.)A $15 20x20" seed starter mat beside your bed works too. I ha e a couple for outdoor cats. (I like Vivosun.) But a garage dryer to warm a work jacket for 2 minutes might be nice!

Hell... maybe I ought to just snail mail them a price list.
I'm not sure, maybe a more personable introduction is in order ..perhaps a little bit about your buddy and yourself along with the list. Share the experience so far and what you guys are attempting to get going here as well.. Paul seems like the type of person who would relate to that stuff. Honest and real...he's been there.

Hell, I'd do a TH350 or TH400 for cost for him.
