They got that date nailed down didn't they !

Eat it? Depends on the smell. I would 100% use it for chili.

I stocked up on some groceries from Kroger pick-up.

Wow, an 80/20 grease stick. they still sell that shiiii....

Kroger carries the certified organic 90/10. Much better in taste and definitely better for you. Best meats for a store that size. The very best in chicken there as well. Just Kroger though AFA the big chains in this state,...for those meats anyway.

Yea, that's pretty nasty when the preservative/coloring has been transformed.....terrible.

Once in awhile , I think it's Simple Truth that sells 3 packs.once in awhile. They're packaged together but separated and isolated in 1 lb blocks. That's how they should be packaged. They can't keep those on the shelf over here.

The two outers.... definitely Angus beef.

I think the middle one is Anus though.

EDIT: I think the dryer done lost ANOTHER timer. I'm about ready to go get a new dryer. Three timers, countless elements.... it needs new drum felt too. If the timer is dead again, I might just finally give in to the Wife.

This is JUST Amazon. It doesn't count the elements I've bought locally.

Thought all that was put below the frost line, by commandment of both common sense and the Planning Dept. Stuff headed down to that, built with protection and flex space against heaving...?

We are rumored as getting a Smiths soon. They are owned by Kroger, so same stuff. I love that store. I have a really good friend that works in their management, and he also says they're a great outfit to work for.

We used to get big burger pkgs and getting home, repacked into sandwich bags. They just hold a lb & flatten to about an inch thk. Handling it was really softening for dry winter hands. Just wash off the excess.

In Lil Big Horn, Wyo, extra bedrooms were (log) cabins in the back w a pot bellied stove. Not fancy. Just add hunks of coal. Can do in a fireplace to extend the wood pile. Add late to the fire at bedtime. Drafted well, just lasts to morning.

Sorry, was jk'ing...poorly I expect.

What's not a joke and IF it's sub zero for the next two months.. They'll be ditch whiching basement perimeters again on new builds. Excavating the dirt out in cube form..... as wet as it is currently....or moist lol.

The middle one got oxidized... Air in the package. I'd cut 1" "bones" out of it & then freeze it to treat the dog. Nothing wrong with it. Spaghetti meat. The management could be given a pic and the pkg... To see who was on shift.

@Phil - I would take back that middle one. While it *might* be okay, it obviously was exposed to the air. Any holes in the plastic wrap?

As for 80/20 vs. 90/10: 80/20 all day long for burgers! There's not enough FAT (Flavor Adding Things) in 90/10.

@White - Why am I not surprised?
