Gates does make a cutter for them.... maybe you could locate one at a NAPA? https://amzn.to/3P246HF
Getting this one from O'Reilley this afternoon.

Anyone have a recommendation for an oil filter relocation kit?

I started piecing one together a while back. I know the stuff I was looking at was made by Derale. I believe I ended up selling the hoses or giving them away. I still have the adapter plate somewhere.

Went back and hoped I'd taken pics of it when I went through this box of spare F150 parts a while back. It's in the background in the box..... If you need more details of that, I can try and find the box later.

Did you actually use it or do you just have it?

I saw the Derale kit among 15 other options. I don't know which one to pick. I don't want a leaky POS.

Wish me luck.
Put a hobby knife blade into a pencil type soldering iron (may have to cut a cross into it to allow for the head to clamp on the iron with the set screw)...after it heats up it cuts through plastic and rubber like butter, especially when you want precise cuts.

Should I go through the trouble of listing all my parts individually in the trades section? Or does anyone wanna make an offer on the lot of it? Still going through the ennui of going through my shed for all the stuff that might have gone on my truck...kinda frustrating actually...now it's just taking up space...

Haven't used it yet.... or may not ever. When it was my daily, I was a lot more motivated to work on it.
