Seems like there should be a gadget to help hold and control the camera better. Biggest problem...fumbling the ball and....pressing buttons while attempting to recover.
I was peeping in the background on this one.... I could do a "red, white, and blue" theme with that foxy.
Trying to pry my azz cheeks off the recliner to go out and see what I need to fix my fence. I'd hop right up if I was going out to work on a car though.
Well damn... my wife scoured the area for a lower hose, and got me another Gates and a NAPA - they are clearly the same, and both too long, just like the first one. No Motorcraft anywhere (they look identical to these in the picture, btw), until next week, and that ain't hap'nin... so a-cutting we will go, I guess.
Welp... got out and fixed the fence. I wound up using one of these on it:
Then I went out and found a very good spot for the electric power steering pump. It will be protected by the fog light bracket, and I will also mount it to it. I'll run one more brace to the top somewhere. You can also see here that Frankie had a leaky battery at some point in time. Gotta rectify that somehow.
Putting it there will allow me to also access the cap from behind the headlight. I'm stoked!! This could be easier than I had anticipated.

No worries.. made a note that were against this procedure. It'll be on file.

Just use a good blade, and you'll be good. I found a pic from when I did a radiator and hoses back in 2012. Don't know if this helps, but I know that I didn't cut anything. They are Goodyears. Pretty sure my bottom hose still has the sticker on it too, lol.
CO... did you happen to buy one of the wonky bottom hoses that uses an o-ring as a seal (on the radiator connection)? That's the only thing I can think of being weird.
