One of the biggest disappointments in my life was when I went to a legendary "chippy" in Ireland and they didn't have vinegar for the fish and chips... they gave me "vinegar salt" on a piece of folded paper, and that's all they had.

Why?

Because VINEGAR PACKETS WERE BAD FOR THE ENVIRAMINT.

Mine was good but it didn't look as good as Ohio's does...even the chips look better. It was restaurant take out. Hungry again, scrambled eggs and tabasco didn't quite do it.

What's that stuff in the brown bowl?

Oh, that must be chowder.
