All hail, Oooo HI oooo.
Water boils at maybe 175° F ???
That's almost where some Peruvian start chewing cocoa leaves to work, on up to 13,000 ft.
Almost NEED a turbo or blower.

Water boils at about 192°. Pasta needs a couple/few extra minutes to cook, and rice takes forever. (Bought an instant pot to resolve that problem.)
Engine power is down about 25% up here.

Took to doing pasta in my 1950 pressure cooker.
Half the power, half the time, for 1/4 overall energy, AND, water not boiling, so water Stays Clear - not starchy noodles from prolonged rubbing! So try your insta-pot. It works a treat, as the Limeys are find of saying. Old dried pinto beans can take many hourzzz at my pal's mere 2600 ft, versus just 3-4 hrs at my 175 ft. Again, just Half 'n half for 1/4 overall energy at 175 ft & 15-20 psi. Think insta-pot limit out at 10? Got a 16 oz 35w (115 Vac) crock pot for my truck - LOL. So cute! And a 1x4 ft fold up solar panel for the dash. Will even run my 36w mini-dehumidifier. (Sealing issues w rear window.)
All the bells and whistles look to be on that one, DJ! Are the pics distorted, or are the new ones really that "flattened-out-looking?" (Might be the source of Brew's comment.)

The pictures suck on it. they never took high quality pictures
I really do like it, it even has a power open and close tail gate, my current truck only has the power release , also has dynamic headlights which turn up to a 15* angle with the steering wheel when you go around corners( i think that should be standard on all vehicles now)
