I must say I feel better than I expected I would.
I have a wisdom tooth under the molar that he wanted to go after also, and that sucker is deep in the gum, right on the jawbone.
There is a major nerve thru there, and he thinks I might need surgery to remove it.
He was worried pulling it would damage the nerve.

So, I get to keep that one until it bothers me.
Just a little sore today.
Eeeish, toothaches are one the worst, they're up there for sure.

You're going to need a block of Dark Orange Chocolate to fill those holes in your face once they're through.

Kidding aside, went through all that, wisdoms were impacted and sideways. They dug them out. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I just had a checkup last week. I've had the same dentist since 1995, so we know each other pretty well.

Anyway, he jokingly said "them wisdom teeth are still hanging in there and looking good - even though you never let me pull them".

My USAF dentist wanted to dig mine out back in 1988. I still have them. My current dentist would like to see them gone, too, but says as long as I can keep them clean, they're not hurting anything.

Funny, but I only ever developed three of the four. I guess the Big Man thought I was wise enough as is. (Or enough of a wise-*****.)

My Buddy bought us a Portacool today! That's going to be sweet.

Back on the topic of dentists, when I was around 13 or 14 years old, my parents took me to a dentist for a checkup. No hurting whatsoever, and I've always been very diligent about dental hygiene. Anyway, this sumbitc4 says I have 13 cavities after having maybe 2 or 3 previously. I got them all filled, and had maybe 2 cavities since. Two of the teeth he filled eventually became impacted, and I've had two others break in the last year. My dentist doesn't want to talk bad about the other guy, but given my history, there is a lot of evidence to suggest he was committing insurance fraud. My Brother and Sister also share my exact story. I wish I could sue, lol.

Almost happened to me, too. Scumbag in Texas tried to tell me I had all these cavities and needed a root canal after having never missed a 6mo. cleaning in my life. I knew he was full of ****, so I didn't do any of it. Went to my old dentist in another state, who confirmed the guy was lying and I needed nothing. I reported him to the ADA or something but never heard anything more about it.

Pretty sure you got screwed and your teeth got all chopped up for nothing.

I just recharged the A/C on the truck a couple weeks ago, and then it quit working a couple days after I fixed it. It held vacuum fine... so my first thought was that it had to be a schrader valve. My hunch proved to be accurate.

Not new, but not the original. It was replaced about 7 years ago... and under 15K since then.

I found a valve kit in my stash tonight. Just need to get more 134A now.

Tried out the HF Ultrasonic Cleaner on these old strut mounts off of Frankie. I'm going to refurbish these to put on my 89.... those are pretty ugly.
