As you may be able to tell, I had about every tool I've got out on the bench. Why? Them SOB'n bushings are a PITA to install! Geez... Finally went to Home Depot and made my own center shaft to pull it in with.

I saw that. Hence the question about getting started with welding. It's long overdue.

Do you already have a welder or type you're wanting to use?

LOL...And still had run out for materials to make yet another tool ,,

That's how it goes sometimes, It's kind of impossible to have enough tools...when they keep coming up with new stuff.

So mission accomplished?

Yes, overall. One thing that's bugging my OCD is that this bushing turned a little with my homemade installer/impact. It'll be fine, and I'll be the only one that knows. But it's technically supposed to have the flat spot parallel with the top of the control arm. The only way to get them out is to ruin them though, so I'll let it slide.

Yea, probably not enough to matter before they would need to be changed again anyway I expect.

Thing is, now I know too...

You're safe lol.

Daughter slaughtered moms garden gnome the other day, I haven't said word.
Oh wait...cancel that.

Got this dude locally on YT also. A couple years ago he asked if anyone with a channel and a mostly stock appearing 87-93 GT wanted to collaborate. I said sure, reluctant, but wanted to see where it would go - and I never heard back. At the time, he was a decent amount of subs ahead of me. As soon as he saw I hit 1000 (currently at 1181), he reached out to me... lol. I feel like "gee, thanks".

Nah..., coroners report, - death by 28 ounce Eastwing framing hammer.

The woman were helping mom plant flowers. She was tossing all tools in one pile, cleaning up. Hammer hooked her glove upon release, b-lined for right for the troll..didn't have a chance.

Head is in one piece, she put that back amongst the flowers. I don't think that's gonna fool mom. Haven't heard anything about it, other than she was looking for a replacement lol.

Still waiting for that call tho...you no, mom asking me what happened to it.
