A couple years ago my cousin bought a brand new Explorer. A few months in, the same thing happened... mouse infestation above the cabin filter. His Wife actually saw one of the mice, so he caught it before it got too stinky, but they had a condo setup in there.

Little schitt's are a nuisance.

I didn't touch the Mustang today. The Toyota started squawking at me for an oil change on the way home from work, so I obliged. Trying out the 5W-30 flavor of the Kirkland Synthetic. Didn't seem much different than the 5W-20 as I poured it in.

[QUOTE=OhioLariat;7232627]I have a humidifier on the furnace here, White. If not levels in the house will easily drop into the single digits. (We're right behind you in 5th place, BTW.)

On my ventilation infestation: I drove the car today, and ahhh, fresh air! Questions that remain, however are: 1) How did the little sumbiches get into the ductwork above the filter in the first place? 2) Where did they get all their building materials? And 3) Where did the varmints go? (I don't really want to think that they may be hanging out with me in the cabin.

Germans, in the 70's had ice'cube tray, vertical equivalent humidifiers, on oldstyle steam radiators, At Sutter's Mill in Ca, I spent 2 wks helping an older vet. 30% humidity, 200 yds from THE river.

I want to figure a way to introduce 2018 Honda Civic HEPA Cabin Filters into a 10th gen cabin ain intake.

So, mix 'n match. Create some 5-25-ish.
It works fine.

so I did some math this morning, last June we only had window units for A/C and we could not get the house below 80 degrees. This year we have the mini splits and the whole house is comfortable at 67-70 degrees. We used 29% less KWh as compared to last year

I took my A/C unit apart in March and cleaned it up, and it is doing a much better job this year. The genius home builder put the dryer duct outlet right next to the A/C unit. Lots of lint was in that thing.

oof. my FIL is coming up tonight to route our dryer vent outside. the PO of our house had it routed into the basement, I'm not sure if it was because the basement isn't heated or what but its annoying. puts all that humidity into the basement and not outside. Weird because the dryer is already up against an outside wall

I would love to package up some humid and send it to you.
We are a little low on it right now. It will be back over 80 tomorrow. The numbers are humidity per weather.us
