LOL... funny you say that. They did put a ground strap on my right arm so they could cauterize it. Close enough?

They are check valves for the braking system. Basically supposedly a booster check valve, but we called BS on that. It carries a b/chk valve number and says it fits a lot of F & U series, and a 97 Escort.

White had a booster check that we could not find anywhere. It was 2 chambered, and went to the booster. Ford parts says nada for that fitment. We were trying to figure out what is was and why it was on this particular Expy. It's been tampered with, so no telling what the hell that valve came from. It was fun to try and find but quite frustrating overall. It didn't come up in the parts book (Ford) nor in the aftermarket by service number. The Svc number went to this valve he's showing in the picture. Very strange situation.

You guys most likley wouldn't believe what my drivers side rear spring hanger (shackle) looks like. I knew it had a hole through the center for quite some time, but I haven't looked at it for awhile...maybe a year or so. Was talking with a user last week about his in another thread (I forget who), so I checked mine again a few days ago. It's rusted much worse now and is cracked all the way around it. I really don't know how it staying together...honestly!

Well, I ordered a couple from RA, should be here momentarily.

Huh, a double valve ? Iduno what that could be for...huh. Trying to think lol. Well, it must be for another line for something. The only other checks on these trucks are at the canisters. Might be EVAP or someone just put the wrong part on it. Perhaps it will work for both single and dual usage systems. But yea, we just have one at the booster itself...normally.

That's about all I can think off.

I got all of the pieces I need to put it back to its original configuration. Wanted to stay longer at the yard, but I'm supposed to keep my head wound out of the sun. I just want to get this deal done and out of the way. Especially if it can save me from pulling an intake, LOL.

I took lil Red on a shakedown run today. I must have a drippy injector, and could see that as a true possibility. After sitting a few minutes after running, when restarted, it has a non-setting code miss. I'm going to do the Forscan tomorrow. Here are a couple pics of him today.

And it still hasn't be washed since I got it. Maybe this week and I'll take and buff out the scratches from the trees on the clear.
